About this house rental
It is located ideally in one of the most scenic areas around Sedona, Arizona, and would cater to your travel escapade. It has convenient access to Sedona's excellent hiking trails and attractions, which you can engage in, along with its well-earned "Dark Sky Designation," which is excellent for Stargazing at night.
Space
This newly renovated 1,895 sqft home is in the quiet community of Oak Creek Village. It is a Ranch-style home with a touch of Polynesian interior design.
Living Room
The living room's ambiance will give you a welcoming feeling at the entrance, with its large windows with bamboo shades for natural lighting. It has a long, simple couch with a wicker center table where you can rest and watch our 65-inch TV. The Den serves as the house's entertainment area, including a Queen-sized sofa bed where you can watch your favorite shows on the additional TV meant for streaming. To loosen up, you can also read books or play the board games provided in the house.
Bedroom
The house has three bedrooms that would allow for catering to many guests. Two bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, and the other has two Full-sized beds. All are brand new and made with high-quality memory foam to provide your desired comfort.
Dining Room & Kitchen
The Kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary cooking tools and appliances (Coffee Maker, Toaster, Water Kettle, Blender, Rice Cooker, Induction stove, Microwave, fridge, etc.). The Kitchen is located on a Red Rock overlooking area, where you will enjoy your cooking experience.
Laundry Room
The house is equipped with a heavy-duty type Washer and Dryer.
Backyard
The moment you step into the backyard, you will be met by a conversational seating area along with the patio with an overlooking view of the backyard's fountain, plants, and trees that would make your stay as tranquil as possible. You may also use the provided BBQ Grill while sitting on our additional Adirondack chairs or resting on the two hammocks. The best amenity we would like to offer you is the outdoor Hot tub so you can enjoy, relax, and appreciate the beauty of Sedona.
Parking/ Garage
An allotted two-car garage for guests can be accessed via a smart lock code for security. An additional parking space along the driveway is also available.
Additional Note:
The price per night is calculated for a 15-night stay. The cleaning schedule is before and after the arrival and departure.

This property was perfect for our group. A quiet street and peaceful backyard made for a nice place to relax. We were close to a couple of trail heads for mountain biking. The hot tub was great for post ride relaxation. The house and interior are a little older but worked great for us. And two large TV s to watch the playoffs!
The kitchen has what we needed and an outdoor BBQ made for easy meals.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of Courthouse outside the front window. We found the access to the trails around on Lee Mountain Road.
The house provided everything we needed for our Christmas stay.
The backyard was heavenly. The hot tub was perfect for winter evenings and the fireplace was beautiful. My only complaint is the weather wasn’t warm enough to allow us to enjoy all of the backyard space.
The owners were wonderful to work with and the communication was excellent.
Definitely would rent this again.

We rented this place for the second year in a row. The house is ideal as you can start your ride right from the house. Except for the neighbour's dog barking as soon as we were in the back yard, all was good.

We began with a majestic drive to the house, passing red rocks you won’t see staying further north in Sedona. The experience repeated itself every time we left and came back. The neighborhood is not crowded like further north in Sedona. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Wi-Fi works great. The landscaping is even better, especially the back yard! Also, the back yard gave us a glimpse of the red rocks by day and stargazing in the hot tub at night. The house alone exceeded our expectations. Everything else blew us away!
