Cozy spacious Studio With Private small Backyard. Pet Friendly

Place is in a good neighborhood close to everything in Ft. Lauderdale. Initially had good communication, but the booking did not provide wifi info and the host did not respond to my inquiries for four days, which was disappointing as this was a working stay. Had termite swarms in the bathroom at night and had to be careful not to leave the lights on for long. That was not pleasant. I let the host know. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

This is a great little cottage with comfortable sleeping and sitting spaces. There is a 2-car dedicated driveway for the cottage and a private entrance and unit. Host is always at the ready for help but never intrusive. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and residential. Access to Federal Highway is a stone's throw with its great shops and restaurants. Beach access is easy and all told, this is a great short-term property.

The studio was prefect for us and our 2 boys (dogs). It was very convenient for us since my SIL lives around the corner. The yard was great, this allowed the boys to run outside and do the easy business for them. We would take them for long walks to do the other business. We were very conscious, of picking up after the boys. It would be great if they had a small pail outside so we could place all the poop bags in. ( just an idea) The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a nice size easy for one person at a time to be in. The shower was big enough and the water pressure was good. The kitchen was full stock but we didn’t use since we would go over to our family’s house to have meals or we’d go out. We will definitely be staying here in the future, if our adult kids come with us we would look into getting the bigger house next door which is part of the studio apartment. Igor was great with communicating with us and would check in to ensure we were doing ok. If you are looking for something small, simple and easy, this is th place.

The studio was perfect for my trip to South Florida to visit family on Easter weekend. It was easy to find and check in process was great. Host communicated well.
