The location was quiet and easily accessible to the highway and stores. However, the home’s cleanliness was not what we expected when we arrived. Upon entry we noticed there was a wet/moisture smell in the house and thought it was due to windows being left cracked open until I noticed ceiling water stains. After closing the windows the smell became more pungent to the degree we all remained on the top floor in our rooms with room air fresheners I purchased and to avoid wasp that were in the home (my sister and I are allergic to their sting). Each day we killed 2-3 wasp in the lower level. This was reported and we were advised to use the spray under the kitchen sink which had no affect as it was expired. The dishes were still in the dishwasher and not cleaned so we left them as is and there were pans in the cabinets still dirty with grease, the air fryer was still covered in grease on the outside and inside, the bathrooms had used toilet paper rolls (not new) which were also water stained/discolored as if it were set out to dry from being completely wet, hand soap refilled with water, carpet dirty as we saw items/paper/dirt on the upstairs floors but couldn’t use the vacuum because it was completely full of dirt and dust to the brim. Finally sheets in two bedrooms had stains on them. Overall, the home was quiet in a nice neighborhood but, definitely not clean and well kept. Truly deserve a refund
