About this house rental

Enjoy your stay in this quaint private home, very close to shopping and dining. Only a short drive from historic downtown St. Mary's, the Cumberland Island ferry, and Kingsbay Naval base. This 3 bedroom home, on a large wooded lot is cozy, and has the comforts of home. We have a large 55-inch smart TV in the living room, and fast internet for your enjoyment. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the outside patio, or cook a meal for yourself in the kitchen. We are minutes away from a grocery store, as well as many places to eat. Only 7 minutes from downtown St.Mary's and the Cumberland Island Ferry.

This property location is perfect. The yard needs landscaping and pine trees removed. All the beds need new mattresses. No one slept well. Bedroom door broken n know was loose. Simple maintenance and updates could make the property shine!
