Great Location! It has a great Mickey Room with 4 Full size beds, a Frozen Room with a full and twin beds, also Marvel Room with a full and twin beds, and other 5 king size Room ,outdoor private heated pool, 120 inches outdoor porjetor screen,those for 21 people , a big family to spend their amazing time here, enjoy the weather and theme park, which is 20 mins away.Outside of the property and poolsides has surveillance devices only for security purposes.

We absolutely loved our stay! Steven made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly when i did have questions. The home was extremely clean and looked even more beautiful then in pictures!

The house was nice and large and the property manager was very responsive and polite! I would recommend for a large size group!

We had 20 members of our family come together to head to Disney and Universal. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were sufficient for everyone and we never ran out of hot water. Steven was so responsive with his communication and helpful with the questions we asked.
One thing that is out of the control of the property owner is the unknowns of what kind of renters are renting the STRs around the home. The neighborhood security and police aren’t able (or unwilling?) to do anything about loud music or the crazy amount of pot being smoked literally on the patio next door. It affected our kids being able to enjoy the pool every evening we were there, the smell was so strong.
All that said, the house itself is fantastic. If you’re looking for a place to spend time out on a patio or in the pool with reasonable noise levels or smoke/pot free, this cannot be guaranteed.

Very nice spacious home. We had a great family vacation, we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be there was not enough wash cloths, we had a party of 11 and there was only maybe 8 wash cloths in the house.
