Located in the historic Racquet Club Estates, this home is part of Palm Springs’ rich mid-century modern legacy. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, perfect for relaxing by the pool while still being just minutes from downtown. You’ll be close to trendy restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and the Uptown Design District, as well as hiking trails, golf, and world-class architecture tours.
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay — including the pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining spaces, washer/dryer and lounge areas. Self-check-in is simple and secure with a smart lock code provided before arrival. Free onsite parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
Please note: guests do not have access to the home’s security alarm system. Any charges resulting from false alarms will be billed to the responsible renter.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and the Palm Springs International Airport is less than 10 minutes away. Downtown Palm Springs is only 5 minutes from the home, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife, and cultural events without a long drive.

🔇 Noise & Quiet Hours:
No amplified music is allowed outside at any time.
All music must remain inside the home and not be heard from outside.
All outdoor activity must move indoors by 10 PM to comply with city quiet hours.
⚠️ Enforcement: Palm Springs has strict noise & parking ordinances. Any fines will be charged to the booking guest. Verified violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
📝 City Requirements: Guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID before arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee
🐾 Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval
Pet fee: $99 + tax per stay

💰 Discounts & Longer Stays
We proudly offer weekly and monthly discounts for extended stays.
Monthly Guests:
Responsible for all gas and electric charges during the stay, based on meter reads at check-in and check-out.
A $2,500 utility deposit is collected prior to arrival to cover usage.
Additional cleanings will also be arranged for longer stays to ensure the home is properly maintained.
