Is very spacious, quiet and exceptional for you and family to enjoy a perfect vacation. Around the area there is several restaurants, parks and activities to enjoy and explore. Come a get relax and pamper in our beautiful backyard and private pool.

We have a strict, NO PARTIES OR EVENT & NO SMOKING POLICY.
3 pets allow only less than 50 pounds, $70 fee per pet.

The house is large, spread out, very nice. The pool area is so relaxing and open, you feel like you’re on your own little slice of paradise. It’s quiet. We had a great stay! Thank you

House was very clean and comfortable. Great outdoor seating area, and the pool was a good size. Neighborhood is not walkable, but that's true of most homes in the area. Good base location to explore Clearwater, St. Pete, Treasure Island, Madeira, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, etc.

The owner did a nice job with updates and decor in this home. The owner was very responsive throughout our stay. The private pool and backyard is the best amenity. The home was clean, but I didn't rate cleanliness with 5 stars. Some of bath towels and wash cloths were dingy and had visible stains. I believe it is time to replace old towels with brand new towels or wash them on the longer wash cycle with more bleach. (which we did when we needed more towels) The bedroom with the bunk bed really needs to be equipped with a TV for kids. The neighborhood is quite, but it is not the best of neighborhoods for my standards. Surrounding homes had no crub appeal and some on the street were really messy. If I could've pick this home up and placed it in a different neighborhood it would have received more stars. Overall our stay was good and the owner was very accommodating.
