Park City Black Rock Ridge 14408 is an impressive townhome within minutes to Park City and all its activities. Located near hiking/biking trails, the Jordanelle Reservoir, Park City and Deer Valley Resorts makes this a great vacation rental any time of year. You will also be close to Historic Main Street where you can enjoy the many restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and the wonderful nightlife.
Built in 2018, this townhome boasts 2,735 square feet of living space within three levels, and provides four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. This home can easily sleep up to eight guests in absolute comfort.
Enter the property through lower level garage. You will step up a half flight of stars to the front door and then another half flight of stairs to the main living area. This great room is open and airy with a high ceiling, and embraces the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This stunning room offers mountain contemporary furnishings, a warm gas fireplace, a 65” Smart TV with Directv, and access to the balcony with a natural gas BBQ and fabulous mountain views.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and offers high-end Viking appliances, including a gas range. This space offers ample stone counters to make meal prep a breeze and a spacious kitchen bar with seating for four.
Dining Area: The dining area offers modern décor and seating for eight.
Family/Bonus room (lower level): This is a great space to enjoy comfortable furnishings and a 50” Smart TV with Directv.
