★ We truly value our community, so please keep noise to a minimum. Music systems or external speakers are not allowed, but you can enjoy music through the Smart TV.
★ For any service requests, contact the host directly — we’ll gladly assist to make your stay unique. Outside or unauthorized services are not permitted.
★ A $900 daily fine applies for any rule violations. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

We stayed in this incredible house on our last trip to Puerto Rico. Its walking distance from the beach and has its own private and gated driveway that easily held our two vans. We will most definitely stay here again.

la casa muy linda, amplia, cómoda y bien ubicada, eso todo bien
algunos aspectos a mejorar, falta la cerradura en la puerta de ingreso, nos parece riesgoso, inseguro, las duchas y todas las canillas ambas siempre largan agua caliente hay algun problema que no sale agua fría, es duro ducharse con agua casi hirviendo, el resto ok, 10 puntos, gracias

The property was clean and spacious. Some of the bathrooms could use a facelift and the hot water was hard to adjust but I would rent this again for our family if 12. Air conditioners worked awesome. Kitchen was clean with nice appliances. We were in walking distance to the ocean and many wonderful restaurants. Totally enjoyed our stay
