About this house rental
This is a fully furnished, newly remodeled, two bedroom, 1-1/2 bath townhome / Condo on the Kenai River. It is located across from Centennial Campground and within an easy walk to Safeway. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so please browse our pictures to view the property.
Downstairs: Living room, full kitchen, and full bath
Upstairs: Half bath, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a second bedroom with two long twin beds off of the first bedroom. All beds are memory foam mattresses and include linens. See the floor plans for addition information.
The utilities, laundry room, and WIFI are included. A large screen Roku smart TV is also provided with the typical array of free entertainment channels, but you will need your own subscription to access local channels and network programming. No pets, smoking, or vaping.
In the winter you are responsible for the snow removal from the deck in front of your unit.

The location of the property was amazing, the condo was so nice, and we enjoyed our first trip to AK. Soldotna is very centrally located and it allowed us to go to Homer, or walk the beaches in Kenia for the afternoon after fishing! It was wonderful having community around the condo, access to nets and clubs for fishing the Kenia, the fish cleaning area with running water at the river side, and the freezers were wonderful to store our catches until heading home. We enjoyed the company, fishing and views!
