We regret to inform you that the current lobby / laundry facility project is stalled at this time, but you can access the local laundromat located up on French street 4-5 blocks away. Tannhauser no longer offers hot tubs as an amenity.

You are not able to leave your car there continually, so it must be moved each day. This can be very inconvenient. Other options may be to look for overnight parking in other areas of Summit county such as Frisco or Dillon.

The location is the best part of this property. It is right on Main Street. Which means once you park, you really don’t need to drive anywhere. You can walk to all the restaurants. It took us minutes to walk to quicksilver lift and there are multiple rental shops along that walk. The size of the unit was perfect for the six of us. We didn’t use the unit for much more than a place to sleep and go to the slopes. But it had everything we needed. I’m from Colorado and brought some out of town family. It was exactly what I wanted. Easy access to the slopes and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was overall great. The furniture was comfortable, it was one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in, and it had everything we needed - plenty of pits and pans, spatulas, measuring cup, a lot of useful kitchen tools. The condo is a bit dark, I wish the builder put in a second window in the living room! But as a rental it was great. It is in a really good location if you want to step out the door and be in the center of things. A great grocery store half a block away. All the shops and restaurants right out front. No issues with parking. But, since it is right in the middle of things, the weekends were a bit loud at night with people reveling it up, so if that will bother you, keep it in mind. Anyway, the place was great and really comfortable and clean. I would stay with this management company again in a heartbeat!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check-in process. Condo is right on Main St and across from Peak 9 so worked perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay. Had a few issues - broken toilet and carpet not vacuumed of major dog hair - but overall great stay and would recommend it.
