Perfect location for a walk to ISU campus and Holt arena. We loved the 60's charm with the original fixtures, etc. We had a large group and there was plenty of room. They added a Ping Pong table in the sunroom and it was a hit, although a couple paddles were broken. The kitchen was minimally stocked and some dishwasher soap and laundry detergent would have been a nice perk. The weather was beautiful but there were no outside chairs to sit in and the lawn was not maintained.

Older home, but well maintained. Location was ideal for events at Holt arena. Property manager responded quickly and was easy to contact. He was willing to give us a late checkout which was so helpful.
