About this apartment rental
Wake up to sweeping ocean, Arch and city views from this spacious fifth-floor condo at Vista Vela. With 1,600 sq. ft., two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it gives up to four guests plenty of room to relax. The full-width private balcony is the highlight—a comfortable place for morning coffee, sunset drinks and taking in the Cabo views. The primary bedroom has one king bed, while the second bedroom has one full-size bed. The condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Guests have access to three shared pools, including a lap pool, saltwater pool and shallow children’s pool. Registered guests may also use the community gym, game room, clubhouse for ordinary use (not event reservations), and outdoor padel and tennis courts. Contact the property manager for current access rules and any required reservations. Reserved covered parking is conveniently located near two elevators. Vista Vela is located in El Tezal, convenient to Costco and Walmart. Downtown Cabo, the marina, nightlife and beaches are best reached by car or rideshare. Please note: Vista Vela HOA rules limit occupancy to a maximum of four guests.

The property was just like the pictures showed. The view was amazing and we loved the wide open access between living area and deck.
The pools were cold but did get warmer near the end. Apparently the complex is going to heat one of them which will be nice for future guests.
The beds are firm and comfortable. The kitchen had basic supplies which would be adequate for shorter stays but needs a bit more for longer stays like ours. The owners were very receptive to our suggestions.
For anyone looking at this property note you will need a car rental if you are doing a long stay. For shorter ones Uber is really great for going to the Marina/downtown or Freshie/Walmart for groceries. Was super handy having Costco so close.
There is no access to the beach within walking distance but again you can easily Uber to them.

Beautiful condo in a central location with amazing ocean views. Living area and kitchen were really large, new and modern. Comfortable beds and really nice size bathrooms. Definitely need a car and cannot walk to the beach, but just a short drive away.
