Perfect spot for the music event. Deck under construction though. Of course. Water smell. Neither a big deal to me. Comfortable. Well stocked.

Great location, clean residence, lots of amenities, and a great host. Due to the late spring rains the new deck didn’t get built . All the materials were there, just no breaks in the weather. That was the only thing wrong with this stay. If the deck was accessible I would have given a rating of 5 stars.
