Open Concept Living Area: Features a cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for your group. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes an island with 4 barstools and a dining table with seating for 8, perfect for shared meals.
Outdoor Living Space: A covered patio with seating for 14 and a gas fire pit table – the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening under the stars.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms On This Level:
- - 2 King bedrooms, including one with an attached private bathroom.
- - An additional full bathroom on this level.
Lower Level Fun & Relaxation
Family/Game Room: Features two reclining couches, an arcade game with classic favorites, a large-screen TV for movie nights, and an extra fridge/freezer.
Private Hot Tub: Just steps outside the lower level – soak and relax in the serene Black Hills surroundings.

Getting Around:
The driveway at Sarge's Landing West is large enough to park large trailers, perfect for snowmobiles, ATV's & motorcycles. If you arrive without a car, there are taxi's that can take you from the airport to the house, and into any of the nearby towns. (Lead: 5 minutes. Deadwood: 10 minutes. Sturgis: 25 minutes.). Snowmobile & ATV trails can be found just by the cabin.
Other Things to Note:
You can snowmobile and ATV right from the cabin. There is lots of parking for Trucks and trailers.
