About this farm stay rental
The Yellow Farmhouse has a welcoming country setting with a front/back porch, 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, den/living room and a bonus room with a pool table. There is 4,000 square feet of livable space. The Farmhouse is nestled on 14 acres of beautiful land. There are chickens (fresh eggs daily) and occasionally some cows/horses located on the property. Our friendly cat, Bells, will greet you upon your arrival (outside cat). There is plenty of parking. This property is 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville, and the University of Tennessee. There are two golf courses located within 5 minutes and 15 minutes. One hour from Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
This is a great home to reunite families and friends as it is suitable for couples, single traveling adventurer, business travelers, families (with children) and big groups.

The property was great for our stay. We had 3 couples and 2 singles stay in the house. The house lay out easily allowed for us to have 5 other folks over for dinner. Loved having 2 ovens! Embarrassed to admit that it took me a minute to find the silverware drawer at the end of the island! But TBH it worked great!
Also enjoyed the pool table. We all enjoyed the homey atmosphere!

We had a wonderful stay at The Yellow Farmhouse! It was perfectly located for the UT football game and everyone had their own room. They had everything you would need for a home away from home stay!
The fresh eggs were a plus as I’m a chicken person too 😀

The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!

The yellow farmhouse was such a wonderful space for a large group and still had so much room to spread out. Michelle had so many thoughtful touches throughout the house to welcome guests and was so responsive and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
