The house was nice, location was nice, our only fault was mold or mildew on doors and dressers, and the smell was musky. Overall it was nice.

TV had to be replaced with an antenna small TV which would not give a constant signal. No view of lake from kitchen window or table outside in front of window. No lighting on outside steps leading to unit. A lot of work is needed outside of unit to clear bushes so guests can see lake.
