Awesome place with all needed amenities for a longer stay. Very close to cape canaveral and cruise line ports. Community is on the beach, but the condo is 10 min walk. Awesome views of rocket launches from the beach. Accurate listing and clean. I would stay here again.

A week before our arrival I called the property management company to inquire about things that I may need to bring. I was given wrong information regarding the availability of beach towels and cookware supplies. Upon our arrival, the office of the Villages of Seaport had no knowledge that we were coming and no paperwork indicating our rental agreement. There were no instructions left in the unit regarding how to open the entrance gate, access the pools and the beach, or indicating what the key that was left for us was to be used for. Also, 3 remote controls were left for the TV, with no directions for their use. The particle board chest of drawers and bedside table in the smaller bedroom were falling apart and we were afraid to use them. On the bright side, the living room furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen appliances were up to date and very nice. Our cookware was quickly replenished when the owner was made aware of the lack of it. Best of all, the beach was amazing. It was not our best VRBO experience, but we enjoyed our time there in spite of a few initial problems.
