Pura Vida welcome to the perfect canal front escape. 3 bedrooms/3 baths and 2 half baths. Sleeps 10. Enjoy those fabulous bay view sunsets with 3 different levels for entertaining. Property has a landscaped pool and hot tub area. Outdoor kitchen, gas grill, tv area, bar with seating, night fishing lights and a fish cleaning table as well. It is on one of the the widest canals in Jamaica Beach, great for fishing! Big open kitchen with dining table and island, perfect for those family meals, kitchen is equipped with Cooking Utensils, Pots & Pans, Keurig Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave and Washer & Dryer. All three bedrooms located on main floor.
Primary bedroom has a King Size Bed with sauna and jacuzzi. 2nd Bedroom has a King Size Bed
3rd Bedroom - Bunkbeds are both Queen Size with twin trundle. Living room also has a Queen sleeper sofa. Internet Access/Cable service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but we cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services. the house was beautiful , the beds were super comfy, and the A/C worked great, the only thing keeping this house from being perfect was there was no pool furniture, no lounge chairs or table and chairs or an umbrella. the pool is in the front the house so a little shade would have been nice , the resort rental company staff were great!!

This was a much needed vacation and I was able to spend my birthday with my son for the first time in a couple years We loved having everything we needed right in one place,and honestly plan to do it again asap. Valerie and Joel were wonderful and helpful with all we needed.

Four adults and three kids ages 4-8 had a really wonderful week in this beautiful house. Great fishing in the canal. Great time in the private pool. Quick drive to the beach. BEAUTIFUL view from the upper deck. Lots of room in the family area. Great kitchen with walk-in pantry. We will definitely book again.

In general, we enjoyed our stay. That said, there were a number of items that we were disappointed in, that truly didn’t match the photos and description of the property. This included:
- Outside furniture falling apart
- Outside grill doors broken, grill not cleaned
- Outdoor equipment (kayaks, paddleboards) were super dirty and needed cleaned
- Garage was very dirty and cluttered
- Spa/pool wouldn't heat
- Dirty kitchen drawers/pantry
- Master bathroom not cleaned well
- Fridge didn't seal fully to keep things cold
- No extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We did call the property manager to get more toilet paper and they brought some.
- Cracked windows, BB hole through one of the bedroom windows
- Front gate broken
It felt like this house had been lived in previously and the owner moved out and turned into a VRBO, and it just hasn't been thoroughly cleaned or managed well.
We still had a fantastic time, but definitely don't think it met the standards equivalent to the price.
