A dreamy waterfront haven awaits when you choose Low Tide Lagoon as your home base for your Pacific Northwest getaway. Burley Lagoon, an arm of the Puget Sound, creates 330’ of private beach, as well as multiple ponds, a fishing dock, and walking trails. At night, enjoy soaks in the private hot tub or gather for stargazing around the wood-burning firepit. A large deck is the perfect place to take in the views! Fire up the gas grill for lovely alfresco meals.
This family-friendly getaway offers two spacious floors, detailed with all of the comforts of home. The formal living area features wood floors and a TV. Play shuffleboard or watch a movie in the second living area, which boasts two walls of windows and one wall of sliding glass doors. Added perks of this recently renovated home include three kayaks, lifejackets of all sizes, air-conditioning, board games, and beach towels. Also available is an arcade game and streaming options such as YouTube TV, Hulu & Disney+.

Please be advised that shellfish harvesting of any kind is not permitted at Low Tide Lagoon. This is strictly enforced by the Dept of Fish & Wildlife
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are three active Ring security cameras on the property: one at the front door, one on the garage pointing at the driveway, and one on the back deck.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home was perfect for our group! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the Adirondack chairs and the view from the dining room table (we saw several eagles fly by and salmon jumping). Very cozy home and very comfortable for a group.

We came to Gig Harbor for a bicycle race, and wanted a comfortable place to stay, near the race at Gateway park. This home fit the bill and more. It was clean, comfortable, easily accessible, and had wonderful amenities. My children loved having a separate area to hang out it that still felt connected to the rest of the home. Thank you for providing us with a great place to stay.
We had two concerns during our stay that we would have liked to speak with a local agent about. However, both the listed local agent, and their backup were unavailable. I ended up calling the vacasa customer service #. Their representative was able to note my concerns:
1) The hot tub sits at a slant,. So when my family of 4 got in, a large amount of water was displaced and ran over the lowest side of the hot tub. Unfortunately, that meant when we all got out, the water level was much lower, and the seat sprayers at the highest point were not completely submerged. Since I have never owned/maintained a hot tub, I wanted to know if this was a concern.
2) The pocket door in the downstairs king bedroom came off the roller during our stay. I sent photos into vacasa, it did not look permanently broken, but we did not have the necessary tools/experience to fix it.
Neither of these issues takes away from the wonderful stay we had, and we all agree that we would love to return to this home!

Another great stay at The Low Tide Lagoon! I've been fortunate enough to stay a few times now, and everytime is better than the last! Such a relaxing space with great amenities. We will be back, again! Thanks!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Low Tide Lagoon and it was amazing like always. The first time was with friends and the second time was with my husband and children. The house serves many types of vacations and it feels like home. The views can't be beat!
