The beach house is 15 seconds (25 yards) by foot to Sail Bay and 2 minutes (100 yards) by foot to the Pacific Ocean.

This bright and cheery, immaculate beach bungalow has all the amenities of home on a bayside court of Mission Beach and Bay. It is surrounded by beautiful Mission Bay on one side and the magnificent Pacific Ocean on the other, both with incredible white sand beaches.

The Oceanfront Boardwalk and Bayfront Walk wrap all around Mission Beach and Mission Bay for leisurely walks and bike riding for several miles. Rentals available down the block.

Enjoy the relaxing bayside environment on the deck with a BBQ. This bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. As well as a gas grill on patio.

Enjoy spectacular views while strolling on the Bayfront Walk or the Ocean Boardwalk, ending up at one of the many eateries for a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Sunbathe, swim or surf at the beach. Rent a jet-ski, boat or paddle board for a fun relaxing day on the bay. Enjoy a sightseeing cruise around the bay on the three decker Paddlewheel Steamboat starting at the Catamaran Hotel, on Sail Bay. Such a great spot for a getaway! The bungalow is small but clean and very comfortable. Loved the patio out back and the beach chairs — it’s literally maybe a 15 second walk from the beach and 3-5 minutes to delicious restaurants. There’s a washer/dryer as well as a hose for rinsing off before going in the house. Cory was very accommodating of an evening checkout for a reasonable price, which I really appreciated. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the bungalow. It was perfect my husband and I and 12 year old daughter. The location was fantastic. We loved being able to walk to the water in two different directions. My husband is an avid runner and he enjoyed the close access to the boardwalk and other trails. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Cory was great to communicate with. I would love to go back again!

We have returned once again to this beautiful Beach Getaway! We love staying here since it's so close to the beach, bay and so many restaurants and coffee shops. It's the perfect location. All the amenities we needed were provided and having a parking space is so appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Cory is a great host. Her house is nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed and then some. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Mission Beach and just steps from the beach on both the bay and ocean sides. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. We will be back!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay during our honeymoon. We went to the beach, and spent lots of time on the bay. Cory texted before our stay and was very kind. We didnt have any issues during our stay. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Cory!

Very neat, clean, cutest comfy little beach bungalow! We LOVED the area, and everything was exactly as advertised. Cory was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful. The rental was very well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed.

Comfortable bungalow close to beach and bay. Easy walk to restaurants. Nice outside seating area. Got caught in a fog bank for the weekend but it didn't dampen the enjoyment. It was a tight fit for the Outback in the driveway but we didn't drive much!

The property was a good size and very clean and if anyone wanted to cook it was well stocked. It was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable although a little tight in the bedroom. The bath gel they provided was awesome to the point I purchased some. The patio was nice and we enjoyed having a glass a wine and listening to music. The property is in a great location for walking to the bay side or beach and several places to go eat. I truly liked this spot and would recommend to others.

This bungalow was perfect for my husband and I for our long weekend getaway. Had everything we needed, especially the AC, it was pretty hot out! We usually come to Mission beach with a group of friends so we stay in larger properties, but this time it was just us, so this was just right. The bed is very comfy. And the location is close to anything you may need.

Adorable little cottage. The location was perfect. Fast easy walk to bay or beach! The home was very clean had what you needed for the stay. Can get a little noisy at times but overall not bad enough that would make your stay terrible.( I hate noisy locations.) I would rent this home again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. The location is fantastic, short walk to both Mission bay and Mission beach. Having a king bed made the stay so much more enjoyable. Being able to make meals at the home really helped us save money. We loved eating dinner and drinking morning coffee on the front patio. We enjoyed bike rides, kayaking, and long beach walks. For a small/tiny house, this is very well thought out inside. Everything is purposeful and decorated nicely. The master bed inside the room makes it a little tight but that would be my only gripe and not really because the bed was very comfortable. host was very good about communicating and our stay was perfect.

Property was basically as advertised. Washer and dryer was mildly hard to access if you park in the driveway, but other than that everything you need in a little vacation house. Bungalow is small and is perfect for two guests (couples). There is additional space, pull out couches however due to space I would not recommend for more than two people. Location is perfect. We walked across the street to the beach, we walked a few steps to the bay. We walked to restaurants, passed by bike rentals and tattoo shops. Super convenient for walking and biking. Host was a text away. I sent him a text regarding the heating unit and he responded quickly. We found the unit to be clean, the only exception was when we looked in the shower there was hair. It wasn’t a big deal for us, it wasn’t anything that tainted our stay. We turned on the shower to remove the hair and the rest of the home was spotless. We also appreciated the personal items provided which as lotion, sunblock, shower gel and shampoo. The shower gel was amazing so much so that we looked up the brand and ordered some for our home.

This is a wonderful place to stay and super close to the beach and bay. The house comes with everything you need to cook at home while vacationing, just bring your own food!! My only complaint is the bed needs replaced. There is a body impression pretty bad on one side of the bed but for the price I’ll still give the place 5 stars.

We loved everything about this house. It’s well stocked, with a super comfy bed, great towels and linens. My husband and I barbecued a couple of nights on the patio and enjoyed the sounds of the water. We rented bikes from the shop right up the alley. Enjoyed lunch at the Single Fin across the street. Overall a great location!

The location was excellent. You can have it all, restaurants, shopping, and beach access. One of the cleanest properties I've stayed in yet. I'm a clean freak so i could only give it 4 stars but it had comfy beds, high class pillows, linens, towels, and toiletries provided. It is a tiny and cute little place but large people would be cramped because my skinny family had to shimmy to get by each other in the walking spaces. I would highly recommend this place on Sunset Ct. It was decorated very tasteful too and had the nicest patio. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and boogie boards that were provided. The owner thought of everything..... We'll be back!
