A half bath is located off the kitchen.

House was clean and well-stocked for making some meals. Location was in walking distance to a park with bike path, a youth activity complex (bowling, roller skating, etc.), and a coffee shop.

The home itself is beautiful. The surroundings, well, LOTS of graffiti right outside the property. Homeless people less than a half a block away, which look to be living on the street permanently. The weeds/grass seems to have not been cut or trimmed in months, very tall all around the property. New construction directly next too/behind this townhome was most definitely not enjoyable, as the workers not only blocked getting in and out of the property but the banging and usual building noises at 6am where not enjoyable. On the plus sides, the home itself is very well kept. All you need in the kitchen utensil and dish wise is there. Beds where comfy, master could be replaced due to "dips" from wear. Close to lots of restaurants which most of Austin is.

We loved the modern vibe of the remodeled home, and fell in love with the third story patio. Our entire transaction went so smoothly from the booking to checking out, a lot of love for this place!
