About this house rental

Quiet and unassuming on the outside, packed full of Mid Century Modern charm on the inside! Only 3 blocks from Freed Hardeman University, the Urban Farmhouse affords the peace and quiet of the country, coupled with the ease and convenience of being in the heart of town. This 2 bedroom (with bonus sleeping space), 1 bath home is conveniently located for ease of access to the area's amenities, yet feels tucked away on a private cul-de-sac within walking distance of many in-town points of interest. Well-appointed in an artsy-nautical style, this property has been completely renovated for guest comfort. This house is rented as a full-house rental, so guests can enjoy bedrooms, bath, fully-appointed kitchen, and living and dining areas in complete privacy. Front porch with sitting areas affords views of the property's nearly one half acre expanse. Quiet neighborhood, quiet/safe street.
