Very nice cabin with decent view of the mountains. The location of the cabin is up on a mountain with limited service and narrow/steep roads which was a little of a shock at first as we arent from the area and this was our first time in gatlinburg. After a week of driving around though we got used to them and comfortable just need to be sure to take our time and drive slow. An all wheel drive vehicle is recommended. The pools were all very nice as this cabin has access to three different chalet club locations all great for toddlers with 1 ft pools and other deeper pools. We saw a few bears driving around which was very neat to us and the views driving around were very nice. There is a very nice convinent store about 5 minutes away that we went to several times ( Chalet village). Everything on the property was nice and clean and the kitchen had all the kitchenware essentials for us to cook a few meals.

Love the house and location only thing was the very steep driveway which we noticed as common for the area. It was a bit challenging for a 12 passenger van but we made it and enjoyed our stay. Location was easy to get to the parkway In Gatlinburg We even had. The first night night a little curious vistor

We stayed 5 nights in June 2025. The cabin is pretty nice and secluded. We had multiple bear sightings and the Mountain View was good.Unfortunately, the cabin needs some help. The AC units upstairs did not work. Our kids had to sleep in 80 degree rooms for the duration. We asked management for assistance but they claimed parts were on order. Very disappointing. The kitchen lacked very basic items including baking sheets, pot holders, etc. Things I would never imagine bringing on vacation, especially for the price we paid. The "corn hole" boards and foosball table were so weather beaten and rotted that they were unusable. Only half of the jets worked in the hot tub. Very underwhelming. The roads leading up to the cabin are no joke at all. Sidewinding all the way up the mountain with treacherous turns. I can't even imagine driving it in poor weather. They did mention this in the details but I was still a little surprised.Close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park. Just be ready to drive slow and cautiously on these mountain roads. There may be chipmunks living in the walls. They woke us up every morning scurrying across the ceiling. The dryer left black streaks on most of our clothing. Finally, we cleaned up as best we could but the vacuum didn't suck and there was no dust pan with the broom. Again, this VRBO lacked so many basics that one might expect.
