The first floor master is built for a king. It has a closet that you could get lost in, a make up room, and a private laundry room. The Master Bathroom has a 60 gallon stunning soaker tub, a shower with multiple shower heads, and steam room.
For the kids: basketball hoops, shuffleboard, foosball, air hockey, the largest collection of games that you have ever seen. We provide a TV for kids to play XBOX on and offer DirectTV and Apple TV.
Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

We were 5 families total. We did a lot - the mountain zoo, the North Pole theme park, Paint Mines hike, Rainbow Gulch hike to reservoir, the Broadmoor hotel, cliff dwellings, etc. We had a great time! Loved the backyard - the grandkids loved playing back there. We even had a hailstorm in June - maybe lasted 1/2 hour. Super cool!

The home was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and so welcoming. There were so many cozy areas in which to gather--the children especially enjoyed the game room downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, making it possible to prepare and serve our meals with ease. Also all of the bathrooms were well appointed and spa-like. Since the weather was perfect and the landscaping so lovely, we spent a lot of time outside, playing games and enjoying the view. Cornhole is a family favorite!Management was very responsive. We particularly enjoyed the digital Welcome Guidebook. It answered many questions for us as we prepared for our visit. We will DEFINITELY return.
