The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need to cook and entertain—from a crockpot and air fryer to a large shrimp boiler, making it easy to prepare anything from quick meals to memorable seafood feasts.

The family-friendly neighborhood also features two pools (one heated), as well as tennis courts, a basketball goal, and pickleball courts.

To make packing easier, we provide a Pack ’n Play, booster seat, and a commercial-size washer and dryer. A charcoal grill is also available for your enjoyment.

The house was perfect for for family of five (3 young kids ages 1-7 years old) & my parents. It was well maintained, and the owners went above and beyond to make it feel welcoming and cozy. The communication was excellent as we booked the trip 2 days prior to checking in. The walk to the beach from the house is one of the best parts as it took 1-2 mins to walk down to the beach or back up again (and it was pretty flat too which makes a big difference). We would 100% recommend. It exceeded all of our expectations & we truly enjoyed the trip and experience.

We’ve been to the Fort Morgan area many times and this has been our favorite house so far! The kids loved the bunk beds, the adults loved the easy beach access, and everyone had a great time. An extremely minor detail- the tub didn’t stop up very well, as if the seal doesn’t hold. Didn’t really impact us as I had packed a travel tub just in case, but useful to know!

Super fast and easy check in process. Owners offered great suggestions for restaurants and activities for the week. House was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for the week. Beach was beautiful and quiet. We spend the first evening and next morning watching dolphins swim around for hours! This was our first time taking our kids (5, 3, & 1) on vacation and to the beach and the house and all it came with made it a dream week! Back porch also had locked gates, which helped keep the toddlers from wandering off the deck. We can’t wait to come back! Also we very much appreciated the check out process. We were not expected to spend the last day cleaning, which is always a nice surprise.

An absolute gem of a house and location. Excellent host communication, great floorplan, all the beach accessories you'll need during your stay. What more could you want?!? Quality bed linens, comfortable furniture and a great view from the living room?...yeah, it's got all that too!
