2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with lania. Recently updated, new quartz kitchen, freshly painted and new furniture. Beach is less than a 10 minute drive. Can bike ride to the beach as well. Close to stores and amazing restaurants. Paradise awaits.

The condo is a great place to stay, close to Goodland and everything that Marco Island has to offer. There is a very nice walking path to the Goodland Bridge. Nature is just out the door. The renovation of the mangroves is interesting. Marta is very hospitable, prompt, and easy to work with.

Worked great for is. Corner first floor unit next to the parking lot. Marta was great to work with, we were the first guests for her.
