Los Palmas, Pool; walk to the beach and downtown

This condo was perfect for me and my 10 year old daughter! I was uncertain cause it had no reviews but I am so glad I stayed, 10 out of 10. Fantastic neighborhood with a few restaurants, coffee, and convenience store 4 min walking. The condo is updated. You can walk on the road or on the beach to the center of town for no longer than 10 min. All the residents were very friendly, the was a guard on duty not that it was needed and a great pool. I would stay again. I cannot say enough great things about this neighborhood. My only complaint is that it needs 2 more blankets -for the couch which pulls out to a bed :) I want to live there !

Apparently double booked for part of our stay. Were placed in a fairly run down but larger strata for first 5 days and then had to spend one vacation day packing and moving to the condos we originally booked. I will only comment on the place we booked which had a great pool but lacked adequate lounge chairs for all guests. Good covered patio, excellent security with 3 locks and night security guard. Kitchen was very tiny with about 2 inches of counter space. It was a balancing act to cook anything. Full fridge and freezer but apartment sized. Good hot water on demand. TV was tiny and no cable in case anyone cares. Bed was comfortable. We were given a laundry card which was a pleasant surprise but it wasn't properly loaded as promised. Property manager (Lucretia) was professional and did a good job considering the mix up. she was always where she said she would be early or on time. Unit was clean but small and did have a safe. The ad for it needs a bit of clarification about amenities. Walking distance to some restaurants and beach.
