It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Little Creek Trail and Chapman Park and yet is adjacent to bustling Highway 77 and all of its shops and restaurants. It's a three minute drive to Waxahachie's iconic dowtown square.
Guests can enjoy an art- and book-filled retreat with cozy seating for reading after a busy wedding, girls' night out or work trip. This house sleeps up to four, making it ideal for couples and families or small group seeking a taste of the Crepe Myrtle Capital of Texas.
This 1950s house has all of the charm you would expect in a Waxahachie home. Original hardwood floors, four over four windows and elegant molding. Each bedroom in kitted out with luxurious linens, ample closet space and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large pantry with a few basic staples and a built-in wooden ironing board original to the house. The house also has a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room, as well as a spacious fenced backyard for soaking up the Texas sun.
