The space
Experience world-class service at the Fishing Lodge Diamond Resort located in the heart of Cap Cana, Dominican Republic. An exclusive, coastal island retreat only 12 minutes from Punta Cana Int’l Airport. Famous for its award-winning marina, majestic golf course, and private white-sand beaches. But also, their many family activities, spas, restaurants, scuba diving, zip-lining, cycling, horseback riding, and more!
This condo boasts two luxurious outdoor pools, with the main one right off the terrace and the ’quiet pool’ nearby. There are several on/off-site restaurants and many neighboring activities you can enjoy without needing to rent a car — although we DO have a parking space reserved in our owner’s garage with elevator access should you want it. Walk right out onto your spacious, 1st-floor, private terrace and enjoy a cafesito, or soak up the sun poolside only steps away. You’re on vacation, so order drinks/lunch at the bar and have them delivered to your terrace or poolside. A few more steps and you can charter a fishing boat in the award-winning marina. Or indulge in a tee time at Punta Espada Golf Course with its legendary views of the Caribbean Sea.
Feel right at home in this updated, clean XL 1BR 1B luxury condo with room for more, with two brand NEW comfortable full/queen-sized sofa beds in the living room along with blackout shades to keep that Caribbean sun out. Also included is a fully prepped kitchen should you decide to cook. There is a mini-market around the corner, or you can have your groceries delivered like a local! Even better, enjoy the variety of fine restaurants and nightlife local to the Fishing Lodge or its surrounding area.

From Fishing Lodge: Punta Cana Int’l Airport is a 12-minute drive; Downtown Punta Cana Village is a 10-minute drive; the Nacional supermarket is 9 minutes; the Blu Mall shopping center 8. There is parking available for one vehicle, with elevator access from the garage. Although, you don’t need a car as most activities will include transportation. Plus, you’re within walking distance from restaurants, the marina, a mini-mart, and don’t forget you can also have groceries delivered! Other options include renting a golf cart, riding bikes (we have paths btw), or you can grab a $3 taxi if you don’t feel like walking to the beach.

Went during Spring break month and did not run into crowds or noise.No loud noises while you should be sleeping. Food is accessible. Beach a taxi away but well worth the minutes spent to get there.

Cap Cana is a beautiful complex with the pool at your doorsteps. You can also go to the Beautiful Beach of Juanillo 7 min. By Taxi. The condo has it all and the only things you have to bring is groceries, and they have a wonderful grocery store call National right at the entrance, 10 min. From the condo. They also have paddle boarding and kayaking, on a great lagoon. Will come back again.

This unit was beautiful and very spacious. The location was remarkable in a pleasant marina setting, walking distance to some good restaurants.You need a ride to the nearest beach (15 min) Before you book, ask the owner if the musty odor in the unit has been resolved.
