This home has a two-story layout. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This house was a dream for our two-week visit to see family in the area. We brought our dog who loved the freedom of the large fenced yard (also great for small kids). The house and furnishings are charming and everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. The kitchen is amazingly well appointed and we were able to prepare meals with ease. The neighborhood is charming and very close to both the Main Street area (shops, restaurants and bars) and the fabulous new Ecusta Trail (paved flat hike and bike trail). We will definitely make this our go-to spot when we visit family!
