About this house rental
Safe, sunny, spotless on quiet suburban street. Visit family in Kenmore, Tonawanda, Amherst - 22 minute drive to Niagara Falls and 17 minutes to downtown Buffalo. Updated very comfortable 1920's 2 family home filled with natural light.

- Original glass door built-in kitchen cupboards on 2nd floor, custom Amish built cupboards on the 1st floor.
- 2 Fully equipped kitchens with microwave, full-size refrigerators, freezers, toasters.

Entire 2 floors of this 2 family home built in the 1920's.

- Please send the code word "Buffalo Pizza" with your initial message so I know you have read entirely and understand the listing.
Additional rules
- 10 pm Quiet Hour
- Registered guests only
- Maximum 8 adults
- Must park in the driveway overnight
- No parking on the house's side of Tulane Rd.
- Please use the bathroom fans during and after showers
- No 15-passenger vans, only 10 passenger van can fit
- $20 each guest after 4 per night
- Late check out fee - $25 every half hour after 11 am.
-* Smoking of any kind is not allowed - anyone caught smoking will be fined $250
- I only accept guests 25 years old above
- 1 pet per reservation, please clean up after your pets *especially the yard, keep them off the furniture, and crate if they need to be left alone
-$250 security deposit might be required depending on the profile and reviews

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood while being centrally located to our plans and events. I assumed there would be a washer and dryer available for laundry, but there was not. Other than that, the home supplied for our needs. Darren responded quickly to any communication. We are grateful. for our needs. suppliewahser
