THE SPACE
This cozy condo features new flooring, contemporary furnishings and decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious dining for 6. The inviting, open living area is the perfect place to unwind with family or friends after an adventurous day exploring the valley. The comfortable sofa converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements. In warmer months, enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the lake and mountains.
Two nicely appointed bedrooms, both with comfortable king beds are located on the upper level. Both the master en suite bathroom and the guest bathroom have been recently remodeled with elegant marble tile and new vanities.
Located near downtown Basalt, many excellent restaurants, shops, Ruedi Reservoir, skiing in Aspen and Snowmass and unlimited year-round outdoor activities, this townhome is the perfect home base for a memorable mountain getaway in the Roaring Fork Valley!

Everything was clean, there was all we needed right there in the property, I would encourage the owners or property managers to change the several light bulbs that were out in the master bathroom and there is a window that is broken in the master bedroom that should be seen to but it was a lovely place to say for the weekend!

The home is convenient to Aspen and Snowmass and is part of a complex on a small lake. Nice walking areas for dogs with pet waste stations. It does not have A/C, which we knew up front. Figured we wouldn’t need it at that altitude. We got unlucky with a heat wave in mid-July and could have used A/C while there. Multiple fans were provided. The home is well appointed and supplied, however it is dated and needs some deferred maintenance. Multiple light bulbs out and the area outside the back door needs cleaning up.

When we arrived the rooms in the unit were exceedingly warm (83° downstairs, 87° upstairs). Since there was no AC we needed to open the windows, but it didn’t cool down much overnight. In particular, the traffic at the nearby highway caused considerable noise. So we hardly slept during the first night. It was difficult to get into the beds because the rooms were so small there wasn’t much space between the wall and the bed. The balcony facing the lake and the view was very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. Nevertheless we think that the price was too high.
