About this house rental
Welcome to my modern second story space in downtown Madison. Business friendly, and Free access to co-working space a couple blocks away is included. 3 bedrooms with a beautiful kitchen and beer in the fridge. No need to Uber, you're just a few blocks from all the venues around the Capitol square, State St, and Kohl Center. Easy to get to the UW-Campus, Sylvee, Alliant Energy Center, and all the bars/restaurants in Madison.
Completely updated with modern kitchen and bathroom, exposed brick, and vaulted ceilings. This is the second level of a downtown 2 story house. Large common entry way, with a private door to the upstairs. *must be able to walk up stairs*
All 3 bedrooms are spacious and there is a washer/dryer in the space available for use. Bathroom is quite large including a tub & shower combo, towel warming rack, and wide vanity. Madison craft beer in the fridge!

A perfect place for multiple adults! Well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the bathroom. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The lockbox setup for the key was perfect for using with multiple people. Definitely recommend staying here when coming to Madison!

The location was great. It was within walking distance of State St, UW campus, and the capitol. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was equiped with everything you would need includong a toaster, coffe pot, and dishwasher.

Levi's home should be perfect - lovely kitchen, three spacious beds that are very comfortable. Perfect location right by the lake, Brittingham Park and State Street
Unfortunately there is loud construction going on literally outside of 2 of 3 bedrooms. The construction starts at 630a every day. It also obscures the view from the balcony (which otherwise would offer a very quaint sitting spot facing the lake)
