For an annual friends trip we chose SLO and could not be happier with the BEAUTIFUL home we got to spend the weekend at! The home was perfect for enjoying time catching up with friends and the proximity to downtown San Luis Obispo made it easy to go out for a nice meal and do some shopping. The property manager went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed in this beautiful home for our annual family girls’ trip. The house was immaculate and so cute! It had all of the needed amenities and lots of little things that were great surprises- tea, sugar, lots of spices, etc. The property manager was fantastic and responded to emails and phone calls almost immediately. We had 2 elderly family members in our group, so we had a lot of questions about the house to ensure that it would work for them. Tricia had all of the answers! Check in and check out were seamless. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had the best stay at this property as a group of moms looking for a relazing weekend getaway. This property has amazing accomodations and is extremely clean. The house was clean and crisp finishes as if it is not even a rental property. The owners provide bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, makeup remover with pads). This is by far the best house we have stayed at!

A group of my girlfriends and I came to SLO to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We were concerned about the weather after seeing flash floods in the area but Tricia remained very communicative during the process and was very understanding of our travel concerns. When we got to the property, it was more than what we expected! The home was so beautifully designed and decorated, well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our family stay in Tricia’s home. She is an excellent host. The home has been recently remodeled and feels new. It is also nicely furnished and very well equipped. The location is close to downtown and CalPoly. Traffic on Johnson Avenue can be heard when outside.

A group of six women, all friends from childhood and now living all over the United States, gathered together at this wonderful house in San Luis Obispo for a long weekend. The house is beautiful with good spaces for gathering. We were able to walk to the downtown area and drive to nearby wineries and hikes. We didn't need to contact Tricia about anything however, how she handled check-in, leads me to believe she is a person who is organized and on top of things and would work to make things right should you have a question or concern. I highly recommend this house for a family or friend gathering.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and Tricia our host was so accommodating! Truly all you needed to bring was a toothbrush and your clothing. Everything else was provided. The house has a decorator-quality interior, with beautiful furnishings. It's light, bright, spacious and comfortable, with a great kitchen. It was great to be able to walk downtown. There's no outdoor dining table, so you'll eat meals inside. The house is on a busy street, so when you sit on the porch to read, you'll hear loud traffic noise.

Fabulous property for our girl's trip to SLO. The wrap around porch and open common areas were perfect for us to gather, talk, dine and just enjoy. The decor and amenities were top notch and absolutely everything you could ever need was there in plenty! The house is beautiful and clean. There were lots of nice touches, such as,fluffy towels, toiletries, plenty of kitchen items. The beds were comfortable with ceiling fans in 3 rooms. Tricia even provided a booster seat for our 3 year old. We also could walk to town which was convenient.

It was so lovely to stay at Tricia's house! It is a beautiful home -- every sheet, pillow, decoration, mug was in exquisite condition, and the house had all the amenities we needed to cook, hang out, play games, and settle in after our daily adventures. We loved every second. We needed to close some of the windows to deal with some of the noise from Johnson Avenue, but not very often. We weren't home enough to regularly notice. At one point we forgot a key, and when we reached out to Tricia for help, she was incredibly responsive and warm about our request. She is wonderful We loved being there - thank you Tricia!

This home was perfect for our family and our stay in SLO for a wedding. It was close to the venue and very close to downtown, restaurants, etc. The home was pristine; beautifully decorated with all amenities that we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and there's a great porch for sitting and having morning coffee (or evening glass of wine). We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the SLO area and we would certainly stay there again when in the area.

We loved our stay. This house is as beautiful as the photos suggest. Tastefully decorated, with plenty of empty drawers for our stuff, this is the best stocked vrbo in which I've stayed. Everything from hair dryers, QTips, and eye make-up remover in the bathrooms to spices, olive oil and baggies in the kitchen. Appliances and furniture are high end. As a heat wave hit town, the host let us know where to find electric fans to keep the house cooler. Location was great for getting to downtown, Cal Poly and the Reservoir Canyon for hiking. The host, Tricia, was responsive and most accommodating to our family and we would readily stay here again when visiting SLO.

My girlfriends and I had the most perfect stay here! Location was perfect for wine tasting and going downtown slo. We actually spent more time in the house than expected because the lighting was so beautiful and the double doors in the dining room opened up to a beautiful view. Tricia's home is not only new and fresh but very comfortable and stocked with everything you need to feel like your in your own home. The decor is chic and beautiful. If you love reading, there are lots of books jump into in many comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. The bedrooms are ample size with very comfortable beds and sheets. The kitchen is excellent and well stocked. The outdoor spaces are sunny and comfortable on the deck and in the yard. Parking is very ample. Tricia is very response. I had the please of meeting her during my stay and is an excellent host. I highly recommend this property for a very comfortable stay. You''ll love it!

Thank you Tricia for a fabulous stay. We stayed with friends and a few little ones and it was exactly what we needed. Everything is perfectly decorated and stocked. We did cook a few meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms are beautifully updated and the beds were so comfortable. This house is also about a 5 min ride to several wineries and about 10 min from downtown. Cannot recommend enough if you need a place in SLO!
