Exactly what we wanted & needed for a perfect two week vacation and family holiday. Tranquil location 10 miles North of San Pedro. Treated like family by the amazing proprietor, Iz, and his staff. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, with a nice living room/dining room area for gathering to eat and play games. Spent many days on the boat fishing, snorkeling, hunting lobsters, spearing fish and enjoying the beautiful reef. David and Oscar captained and guided our boat tours - laid back but professional, super knowledgable, and will never let you go hungry. Cecilia and Yuri cooked our catches and turned out magnificent meals. Quiet, sandy road North made for great trail runs, enjoyed long walks along the beach hunting for shells - each followed with a dip in the refreshing pool. Evenings capped off with camaraderie at the onsite El Norte bar. Only ventured back to San Pedro once for groceries - too perfect a location to waste time with in town nonsense. Book it - you won’t regret it!

If you're looking for a real experience in the heart of Belize, this is the place. Iz and the family-staff shared their love of the country to our family in every way imaginable. From the delicious fresh food to excursions, snorkelling, tours and fishing, every member of our family was treated to an incredible, personable vacation experience. Highly recommend.

Manager and guides/cooks who live on the property or kind and helpful.This is definitely a “roughing it” location. There’s a lot of trash on the beach, you cannot snorkel out to the reef from the dock, the fishing off of the dock is surprisingly good, including catching multiple bonefish.
