2 Bedroom Villa with Golf Course View and Private Courtyard

When you look for a place to spend a portion of the winter you look for warm temps, amenities, location and all that comes with your rent. To me, the owners are a critical part of this decision as a renter. Beth and Roger were great. I was impressed on day one when Beth asked what types of things, we like in a rental.... she actually purchased a Keurig coffee maker since that was on my list. The villa is in a safe location and the courtyard is private and a great place to get sun. The one car garage is especially nice and close to the villa. The space is good with two bedrooms with own bath and opposite sides of the house. For TV they have Chromecast so make sure you know how to use these or simply bring an Apple TV like we did. Internet is fast! The downside in Naples is playing a public golf course and the traffic was extra busy this year. Don't be in a hurry! For golf, you can see the Royal Palm 10th hole from the lanai, but course is very private and no way to play it. I suggest Hibiscus Golf Club (a mile away) and get the frequent player card. That will save you a few bucks and make getting tee times easier (they have a 9-hole rate, too). The other courses in Lely are WAY too expensive and they even wanted $35 to use the practice range. There are cheaper places to practice but very crowded. All in all, our stay was great, and we will do it again some time. You will have a friend in Beth and Roger and that makes renting a breeze.
