Small and cozy, this South Seminole Heights home sits among other adorable homes in a stellar neighborhood, just a block from the Hillsborough River, and is within walking distance to great places to eat and drink. The Seminole Heights part of Tampa is wildly convenient to all of this city’s must-see spots; downtown, bayshore boulevard, Hyde Park Village, Busch Gardens, The Tampa Riverwalk and more. We enjoyed our stay! Communication was top notch from start to finish. The place was super clean upon our arrival. Linens were clean and smelled fresh. We had all we could need in this updated space. The location was great for us as we were in town for a Bucs game. Backyard was perfect for our dogs. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!

The property was great. I loved the proximity to the river and the park. Easy driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Just as described in the listing, this little house worked great with our dog and cat. It was really thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed when we evacuated after the hurricane. I gave a four out of five for location because the neighborhood is under heavy infrastructure construction and was really hard to get around. Obviously this is beyond the control of the owners. Thanks for letting us stay!
