Beautifully updated two bedroom two bath second floor condo overlooking golf course with western sunset exposure. Plank flooring, fresh paint, new master shower, new vanities, sinks and toilets, new AC, newer appliances, cabinet doors and granite counter tops in kitchen. Enjoy a fantastic location in Bonita Springs near restaurants, shopping, beaches and more! Every amenity imaginable is a very short drive away. This unit has an elevator. Golf and Country Club amenities are not included.

We stayed at this condo during October 24. The lanai is big enough for four chairs, a table and a recliner and looks directly out over the golf course and there are no nearby buildings to reduce privacy. The condos in this block are stepped forwards and backwards and this one is the furthest forward so there’s no visual interference from the condos to the left or right. Highland Woods is perfectly placed for access to local shops and is in the center of Bonita Springs off the 41 (not the old part off the Old 41). Inside, the condo has plenty of room and was well kitted out and clean. Our AC had a small problem and Greg arranged immediately for it to be fixed so he’s on the ball. Overall a great stay and we’d love to come back but book quick as it’s busy!

This property is in a great location and everyone who lives in Highland Woods were the nicest people. Place was peaceful, clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need.

This property was amazing and perfect for our needs. We stayed two months so saw many stunning sunsets from our lanai, found some new, favorite restaurants and convenience was outstanding-Publix within walking distance as well as a dollar store, hair salon and health food store. Would stay here again on a heartbeat! ❤️
