The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was very communicative. We had an issue with the outdoor television on the first night, and the host was able to resolve the issue quickly. We really enjoyed the property. The outdoor area is the shining star for this property; the deck is wonderful with lots of places to sit, and the hot tub is so nice. The view is wonderful. It is really close to grocery stores and restaurants, but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle. As other reviews have mentioned, be aware that the downstairs bedroom/bathroom is completely separate from the main living area, and you have to go outside to get to the entrance. This worked fine for our group, but something to be aware of, since that wasn't super clear in the listing.

Indoor and outdoor kitchen recently renovated and havet everything desired from blackstone type griddle, to kamodo style BBQ grill to large coolers and TV for watching favorite games under covered deck. Hot tub, gas-fire pit with comfortable seating, rocking chairs overlooking the bayou where dolphin watching made easier with provided binoculars - both with morning coffee and evening wine. Pier with fish cleaning area and needed tools, crab traps, kayaks, paddleboard, corn hole. Outdoor activities galore in private setting.
