This was the fifth year that we have rented this property and we will be back again next year! Everyone loves the house and the lake! I spent hours watching all the kids play in the water and have a grand time! All of the little ones cried when they had to leave…The only thing we would like to see is a bigger dock. It used to be larger but it looks like a large part broke off! Otherwise, we are so happy that we found this gem on this small, quiet lake, away from all the tourists and loudness of the larger lakes!

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Kids really enjoyed the video games, paddleboard, and kayaks. Adults enjoyed hot tub, board games, fire rings, and easy drive to Watkins Glen or Ithaca.

The house was very nice, just as advertised and the surroundings were peaceful and remote and only 10 mins fron Watkins Glen. Most everything you might need for a 4 to 7 day stay was available. I would say my only complaint was the sulfur smell of the well water. If i was the owner, id be looking into a serious charcoal filtration system. If your used to city water, you're going to have issue with this properties water supply. We made due with plenty of bottled drinking water, but washing dishes, taking showers etc was unpleasant.
