The townhouse is approximately 1800 sq ft on 3 floors with 5 bedrooms: (i) 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level, (ii) kitchen, dining and great room with a real wood burning fireplace on the main floor, and (iii) 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the lower walkout level.
Recently renovated (2021) with outstanding bathrooms with tile and quartz - modern kitchen with new stove and fridge, dishwasher, garburator and maple cabinets and pantry. Dining room table with extension will seat 8-10 guests comfortably. Exceptional wall unit in great room with large smart TV and Internet. Open raised ceilings give feeling of spaciousness and lots of light.
The back deck includes rattan furniture and an outdoor table that will seat 8 guests, a swing and a propane table fire pit and large BBQ.

Fantastic property. Was the perfect home for our golfing group. Property is as described, the owner was accomodating and check in and out was a breeze. Great tv, great beds, great kitchen, great patio...awesome property !!!
