Come and experience a relaxing and quiet getaway at this charming, dog and family-friendly home near the heart of Scottsdale! This bright retreat is perfect for a small family or a group of friends. Step inside and be greeted by a spacious and light-filled open floor plan that splendidly combines the living room and dining area. The living room is a great place to hang out with your loved ones and one of its perks is the tall windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight. This space has been equipped with a sectional sofa right in front of a large flatscreen Smart TV with streaming services and cable. When mealtime comes around, the chef of the group will have a wonderful kitchen at their disposal. It's fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) and features shiny granite countertops.
This home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite bath while the guest bedroom has access to a full bath down the hall. Additional amenities found here are a private washer/dryer, a shared heated outdoor pool, and a shared tennis court.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful six-week stay in this condo. The furnishings were very comfortable and it was extremely well equipped. The location was excellent -close to the bike/walking path, stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to 101.

This unit is in a great neighborhood. Close to everything including Mayo Hospital. Complex is clean and quiet. The unit itself is very well equipped. Has air fryer, crockpot and insta-pot, 2 coffee makers. Perfecto place.

Property was nice and well cared for. The suite was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The bathrooms are functional but quite dated and could benefit from renovation. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies; however, a sharp knife would be a welcome tool. Crazy neighbours across from our suite prevented us from using the patio. They kept us awake swearing and screaming at each other . Baseboards, patio, and window sills were not clean which left us feeling a bit yukky. Couldn't open the kitchen window.
