The Good:-Plenty of space for our group-Very comfortable beds-Neat and generally clean-Big TVs in the main rooms were great for our group-Quiet neighborhood and close to everything-Everything in the house was functional as expected (except hot water issues - see below)Could Improve:-The hot water supply is insufficient for 12+ people. After 3-4 showers, the house was out of hot water each day.

We had such a great experience staying at this Pinehurst home. The location alone is hard to beat—set right on a beautiful lake, it made the entire stay feel relaxing and special from the moment we arrived. Having access to kayaks was such a fun bonus, and the outdoor space really stood out. The pool, spacious deck, and large outdoor dining table (which easily accommodated our group of 12) made it perfect for gathering and enjoying the scenery.Inside, the home was just as impressive—very spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and welcoming without feeling overdone.One of the highlights of our trip was having a private chef come in for dinner, and this home made that experience even more memorable. Everyone was able to sit together at one table overlooking the lake, which created such a special and intimate atmosphere.The location is also incredibly convenient to everything Pinehurst has to offer, which made getting around easy while still feeling tucked away and peaceful.Overall, it was a wonderful experience! This home is perfect for groups and we would absolutely stay here again.

Home was nice and in a great location; however, it's clear it's been a rental for awhile. We walked into a pretty distinct musty smell. Back doors where difficult to open and screens were broken. Pool area was nice but none of the deck chairs had cushions making them pretty uncomfortable. Kitchen was decently stocked in terms of cutlery and utensils. AC downstairs went out midway through the stay -- the management company was quick to respond. Kids were disappointed to find the Fooz ball table broken and only a single oar for the kayaks. We had a nice stay, but we won't be renting this property again.
