About this house rental
THIS BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, SPACIOUS, HOME, has EVERYTHING you need for a very comfortable and convenient stay. PLENTY OF SPACE for large families or groups. Brand new Nectar, Cloud, and memory foam beds and a futon, to sleep 14 comfortably. There is also a porta crib in the Master bedroom closet. This home also has 2 very comfortable sectionals, 5 smart televisions, an 8 person dining table, 4 bar stools, state of the art appliances and heavy duty washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, bowls, toaster, mixer, crock pot, blender, coffee pot, can opener, spices, utensils and dishes for up to 16. Everything you need to prepare meals for a large group.
An industrial ping pong table and large selection of games for endless fun! There is also a tree swing in the back yard.
Upstairs layout: Master King suite with full bath, jetted tub, and walk in closet, smart tv. bedroom 2- Queen, smart tv. bedroom 3 - twin beds, smart tv. (2). Full bathroom
Main level: Fully equipped kitchen, dining for 12, family room with large sectional, smart tv, reading room with a sectional, games, books, etc.., 1/2 bath, laundry room.
Basement level: Game room with full size ping pong table, bunk room- twin over full bunk bed, and futon, smart tv. Moose room- two full sized beds, down the hall, shower bathroom.
Just steps from the front door is short trail that leads to an awesome park with basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts, bike and walking trails, baseball field, a full play area, and a workout circuit training area. Just 2 blocks away is an EOS fitness center.

25-35 minutes to snowbasin, nordic, and powder mountain ski resorts. Under an hour to Snowbird and Alta resorts near Salt Lake. A short 30 minute drive to the Salt Lake airport. Riverdale road is just a mile away where you will find a plethora of eateries and plenty of shopping...Walmart, Target, Best buy, Sams Club, etc....

Great property that came in very handy for our work trip. When we search for properties it is a corporate requirement that everyone has their own bed in their own room. This property filled the bill and saved us money with the awesome kitchen. The one really great thing that sets this house apart is that it wasn't full of bunk beds, each bedroom had a full size or bigger bed so that multiple adults could stay instead of 2 adults and 1000 kids. Will definitely keep an eye on this property for future trips and definitely want to stay there again.

Family traveled here for wedding rehearsal, wedding and gatherings (elsewhere). House was supplied with ample necessities, only calling for one grocery trip so that Grandpa could cook Sunday morning breakfast for all. We had 8 adults and 2 children. Couldn’t find “the notebook” or “neighborhood list” until discovered one email, so missed the path to the playground. All bedrooms are either up or down a long, steep flight of stairs. Difficult for 80-year-olds and those with injured ankles/knees. Otherwise, a great house.
