About this house rental
“Casa De Beach” is a newly renovated all hardwood flooring townhouse with tons of character and 2.5 miles from Bethany Beach Boardwalk! With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this property has plenty of room for two families. Featuring a community pool, fully equipped and upgraded kitchen, hard floors, and outdoor living space, this home is the perfect oasis for all of your family beach adventures and gateways.
It is close to shopping, Rehoboth Tanger Outlets, water parks, national parks, hiking, water sports, fishing, you name it we are near it. You’ll love this place because of the quiet neighborhood, ambiance, and all there is to do. It is ideal for families, and relaxing adults looking to go away with friends. For the wine aficionado, it is 8 minutes (4.6 miles) drive to Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery.
Ride bikes with your kids in the quaint neighborhood, throw a football or watch your kids walk to the pool. The house backs to a cute artificial pond with plenty of ducks to gaze at. This is not a typical rental, treated as a family home, cared for with precision, clean and stocked with all of the creature comforts; open to our guests as new friends of the family. Our aim is to get you to love it and become a repeat guest ("mi casa es su casa").
Walk into a large foyer that leads to a private room with a door to the backyard. A full bath is on this floor as well. One flight of steps leads to an awesome open floor plan where all the action begins. Take one more flight up to the master bed/ bath suite and two more bedrooms with a full bed, bunk bed (three beds), and another full bath.

Overall the house was perfect for a family of 5. The house was only 2 miles from the beach. You can easily ride your bike to the beach (just bring a bike lock!). The house was very spacious - it's room floors and gave everyone their own space. The house came with board games that we fully took advantage of at night after our walks on the boardwalk. Bethany Beach was close enough to other DE beaches and we also went to Ocean City, MD one night.

First time staying here, and it worked out great. Went with my teen son, and older son/wife/child. House was very clean, linens/towels provided were wonderful help (we've stayed before and had to bring linens). Weather was great and we spent all day at the beach; easy "back way" to drive to beach. Didn't use pool, though we saw other families enjoying it our balcony. Bedroom layout worked out for our small group. Quiet development, and couple mornings I biked to the church in town with minimal traffic :)
Owner was very responsive to emails before and during our stay.. Would recommend to a friend - check it out!

Townhouse was very nice and clean. We picked a hot week, but the AC was really keeping up f or which we are thankful! Close proximity to the community pool made for a quick dip for supper.
