About this apartment rental
A 3 BR, Third floor charming apartment in a one acre garden. Quiet neighborhood. Delicatessen store is only one block away. Surrounded by 3 churches. The historical house was built in 1885 by the descendants of William B. Ogden, first mayor of Chicago. Please, be aware that this is a third floor apartment and 2 flight of stairs needs to be taken. There is no elevator. We live in the same building and would socialize with you but only if you wished to do so. You are welcome to visit us in our home.

Met brother and sister in law for weekend.
Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom.
Not sure how it would be in the winter.
