The neighborhood is paved with many miles of biking and walking trails. The trails provide a peaceful ambiance as they wind through the St. George area. I-15 is minutes away, providing you quick access to Zion's National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Sand Hollow State Park, and Quail Creek State Park. Tucked away from the busy city, yet close enough you don't have to travel far for shopping and entertainment, this home is in the perfect location!

Sleep easy in this safe and secluded neighborhood on one of 9 premium comfort beds in this 2600 sqft, fully furnished home. Comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, with tons of room for entertaining and enjoying all of the amenities this home has to offer. An abundance of space for groups to gather, or relax in privacy, in the spacious living room and loft. Downstairs you will find the main master bedroom with a walk-in shower and a water closet, perfect for privacy. There is also a bedroom off the entryway with a queen-size bed and a Jack n' Jill style bathroom. Upstairs there is an additional Master Bedroom with a private bathroom. There are two other bedrooms upstairs equipped with bunk beds, perfect for the kids in the group! Compete against each other on one of the 3 game consoles that are provided in this rental. Whip up a feast for a crowd, or an intimate dinner for a small group in the fully equipped kitchen.

Our family enjoyed this property from start to finish. Beautiful home, the communication was amazing and everything we needed was there. Enjoyed the swimming spa and hot tub the whole time. Definitely will use them again.

We had a blast staying here with our large family group! The kids had the community slide on repeat even with the winter temps. The only thing that was a little bit of a bummer was the owner's temperature restriction on the Swimspa of 85 degrees and threat of 150 fine if you raised the temp higher than that. We paid a 160 pool fee with our reservation so that should cover the costs to heat the Swimspa (we have stayed at many other properties with a Swimspa and no one else has limited the temp). We would have loved to put it at 95 degrees so that the kids could use it more. This one one of the primary reasons we booked this house and the 85 degree setting meant that it went mostly unused during our stay. The hot tub was great, nice and hot and clean!

My whole family loved staying here, loved having the swim spa but also having the bigger pool in the community to use. The home was stocked very well with necessities and enough towels which is a plus when the kids what to be in and out of the pool constantly. The check in process was easy and we had no issues whatsoever. This is the first home that even had floaties for the kids and some extra swim wear and a cooler for summer is a plus the home had several 😉

Paseos 1149 did not disappoint. The five bedrooms were well appointed and tastefully decorated. Our teenagers especially enjoyed the gaming systems and near theater level televisions for movie nights.The private hot tub & swim spa were also enjoyed by all. The kitchen was well stocked with all supplies needed to whip up our favorite meals. The only recommendations we have would be to add hot pads & dish cloths as we didn't find any present. There were ample places to relax and enjoy family time. The sofa up in the loft was incredibly comfortable. The only recommendation for added comfort would be to consider adding a foam topper to the beds as many were a bit on the extra firm side. We loved the home and would definitely stay again.

We were so excited for this weekend getaway, the first our extended family had taken ad a group in over six years. It quickly became apparent that the home was given a quick clean and clean mirrors. And that was it. The floors hadn't been wasn't in who knows how long, glasses were dirty, and there was dark hair everywhere just to name a few. In addition, most of the major appliances were broken, including the dishwasher and hot tubs. We provided this feedback to red sands and they assured us the cleaning team would be alerted and the house deep cleaned. I hope for future guests both have been addressed and the appliances serviced. The check in and out was smooth and we appreciated that!

We really enjoyed the home and the extras that they have included, games in the garage to make everyone comfortable. There were a couple minor things, there was a baby bottle under the couch and in the master bedroom a brown stain on the bedspread. Other than those things the house was great.

House was very spacious, very well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies including spices, baggies, foil etc. Swim spa was a big hit with the kids and regular spa with the adults. Had 8 adults and 4 kids and never felt cramped. Great location to go exploring in different directions. Communication was great with check in and check out. This home was perfect for our stay! We had a business offsite with some other colleagues, and the home felt like we were at home. There were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep on, lots of things to do around the house in our down time, the house was very clean and in a great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in the St. George area!

We had the best time in this rental! All of our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spent most of their time swimming. The outdoor area was beautiful and made it easy for the adults to hang out and keep and eye on the kids. All of the rooms were set up great and the decor through out the house was beautiful. We could have (and should have!) easily spent a few more days here!

We have a large extended family and have rented a number of "reunion" homes to accomade 20 people over the years. This was our favorite place by far. Great set up and floor plan with lots of places to relax and have privacy. Every room has a bathroom which is really nice with a large crowd. The kitchen had everything. The pool and hot tub are great. We never left! I think we will come here again and highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for a great place.

We loved our stay here. All the kids had so much fun with the swim spa, great areas to gather with family and enjoy time together. It was spacious, the 5 bedrooms with the number of beds worked perfectly for our family and plenty of bathrooms. The outside set up with the patio furniture and table with the putting golf, swim spa and hot tub was so great. We just wished we could have been there in a little cooler month so we could have enjoyed that even more. But everything was awesome. Everything was supplied that we needed. I had called to ask about some items in the home and was sent a list of all the kitchen items. The cupboards and lights were labeled and that was great. Nice neighborhood area. Since the clubhouse and pool are not completed yet, we were given free passes to the Washington Community Center and that place was a hit with our kids also. Such a fun pool area. The price was reasonable for what we received though it wasn't the prime time of the year which I'm sure would be much more expensive. Be sure to book through Red Sands for the best price and not Vrbo or some other. Everything was there in house as listed and everything worked properly. We were close to parks and grocery shopping. We would definitely, definitely book this place again.

WE loved this home as it was very clean, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need and very comfortable. The spa pool was very nice to sit in after a hot day in the sun hiking. The only issue we had was that the builder had workers show up in the late afternoons to build a new wall on the property so we lost a lot of privacy. The owners and property manager said they were not aware of this ahead of time and compensated us. Double check with property manager and ask them to find out if any other work will be done while you're staying at the house. I think this was a "one-off" and just bad luck for us. The property managers were very responsive and understanding and tried to make it right for us - and even offered to move us to another house. We did not do that though as it would be a pain to move. Other than this disappointment in privacy, we did love the house and location and would recommend it !

This is the perfect home for a large group. Plenty of space, with a main floor, 2nd floor, patio, and garage area to enjoy. Hot tub, grill, swim spa, ping pong, foosball, hoops game, lots of TVs, plenty of bathrooms and beds. The best part: the staff was very responsive and helpful through the whole process, from booking to checkout. I highly recommend booking a place with Red Sands! This place was great! The kids had so much fun with all of the activities provided with the house and we came during a cold spell so the swim spa was perfect. Pickleball courts are within walking distance which was also very fun. The only complaints were that the coffee cups were tiny and for check-out, they require you to clean the grill and there are no grill cleaning tools that we could find. Also house instructions were a bit conflicting and placed randomly all over the house so a bit hard to find. Other than that the place was five stars!
