This was an absolutely phenomenal experience in vacationing. Josh is very good at communication and all around good company. In my personal opinion, this property trumps any beach house youll find. Walk out the back door and you're standing 6 feet above the water with a spectacular view of the bay. Walk across the street and you have a beautiful beach to enjoy. In all aspects of the phrase, you get the best of both worlds. We will absolutely be back as soon as possible and would love to purchase this property if the opportunity presented itself

The house was everything that we hoped for and more! The kitchen And bathrooms were stocked with everything that we needed for our trip. This was a family trip for us with our 2 daughters and their husbands and our son. The bedrooms were perfect for 3 couples and our son said the couch was comfy. We took a blowup mattress but didn’t need it. The jack and Jill bathroom wasLarge and perfect for our daughters and son in laws to share. There is not a lot to do on the point but we really enjoyed the peace and quiet! We walked everyday at sunrise and it was perfect. We felt like we had the area to ourselves sometimes. The porch overlooking the water was very pleasant for relaxing at sunset. Having a grill on the property was an added bonus for cooking and eating outside on the water. The beach access is a short walk but we did find it easier to drive our things down and park and unload because it was so hot. Be sure to stop on the way in at the Winn Dixie for your groceries and you will be all set. The Coastal Market in Panacea is also great for small items and ice if you run out of necessities. The Marina also has ice but the ice truck was running behind schedule and they were out for 3 days. We did drive to Angelos one evening and to Tropical Trader Shrimp another evening just to get out and enjoy dinner and both were fabulous! The Tiki Hut on the point was nice for cocktails one evening as well. The owner was quick to respond and give us tips to make our trip perfect. This was our first time here and we will definitely plan to return!
