No smoking is allowed in the STUDIO however its a couple of different shared seating areas that you can access and smoke.
No SMOKING in the UNIT at all and NO PETS!! I'm extremely allergic to animals!!!!
The Bed is Firm!
Studio is located on the second floor with NO elevator access.
Paid Parking is available on the side street or paid parking lot near the premises.

Conveniently located about a block from the Toyota Center, made it going to our concert so much easier than driving or Uber. Everything we needed was provided and it was fairly quiet. Great experience overall.

Great communication with property manager. Easy check in. Cozy little apartment next to downtown attractions. Toyota Center is like a block away.
